How to make Almond Bark Covered Peanuts
You won’t find an easier snack to make this season. All you need to do is melt almond bark in a microwave safe bowl for one to two minutes at a time, stirring thoroughly between each setting. When completely melted stir in peanuts till thoroughly coated.
Using two spoons, drop a mound of coated peanuts on to wax paper. Let these sit until almond bark cools and sets. If you want to put some seasonal sprinkles, do so before the almond bark completely sets.
Once almond bark sets, remove clusters from wax paper and store in your favorite tin or other air-tight container.
